230 & 232 Main Street were constructed as individual buildings between 1896-1900 and later connected. 230 Main Street was home to the Fair Store and still features the original hardwood floors and other features. 232 Main Street has housed many businesses, including Lazy M Shoes, and features a special entrance just for kids! Today, the storefronts are home to Chocolaterie Stam at 230 Main Street and Duck Worth Wearing at 232 Main Street. The second floor, 232 Main Street, Suite 201, is home to OEI Coworking, a nearly 6,000-square-foot coworking space. OEI has proudly owned and operated 230 & 232 Main Street since 2022.
